I usually travel via escorted tours or a la cart, meaning I plan the entire trip incorporating day tours. This was the first time I planned a trip that was a combination of a la cart and escorted tours together. Initially, I was very concerned we may be stranded due to the pick up service not arriving but that concern was put to rest early in the trip. I was pleased with every aspect of the trip from the accommodations, to the tours/daily activities to transportation.

Awesome sights, well organized overall, great accommodations. Going out east to the glacier lagoon. While we were extremely hesitant about driving so far away in a foreign country, the drive wasn't too bad.There were plenty of places to stop along the way, for the most part. The accommodations at the Foss hotel were fantastic. There was a great breakfast buffet included, and the room was great.

The trip was a great experience of culture, geography, history and nature. The lack of crowds in February made for easy access and mobility and allowed us to delve deep into all Scandinavia offered.

The private tour guides were excellent and changed the tours per our requests when asked. They were also well informed and enthusiastic in topics and sites we visited.

Great sites and lots of options and information to learn about. Fjords, Glacier in Norway. Guided tours in Stockholm and Oslo. Very good accommodations and transfers.

The accommodations were in good locations and very nice. Transports were prompt and efficient. (Except for one hiccup in Rovaniemie) The activities were fun and informative. The customer support team promptly responded to my questions and gave appropriate information. Our two tour guides were nice. Tanya in Helsinki was excellent. She was a treasure trove of information and did a wonderful job with the tour. So educational and we definitely got to see a lot. And Alex our guide in Rovaniemi from Arctic Adventures was so much fun and an excellent guide for the day. The hotel was in a very good location. Its desk attendant went above and beyond to help us. When our transport did not show up at the airport she got us a taxi and when we arrived at the hotel she gathered some snacks for us as the restaurant was closed. The room was unique and lovely and the sauna was awesome! The breakfast was excellent and the hotel restaurant very good. The Arctic Snow Hotel & Glass Igloos was a very fun and unique accommodation. We loved touring the snow hotel and the outdoor activities. The hotel in Inari was also very nice and we had a private sauna. The transfers were prompt and quiet. We found the drivers not very comfortable with their English and didn't say much. Which we get because we cant converse in Finnish either. The lady driver we had was very talkative and fun. She took us to the airport when we flew to Rovaniemi and then picked us up from Ivalo.

Dog sledding under the Northern lights was the highlight of our trip. It was an exceptional journey! I can’t say enough about their tours! Thank you. Seamless travel experience!

The organization was excellent. All drivers and connections went as planned. Invariably was a great quiet peaceful location.

In spite of all the negatives, we had a wonderful time. In spite of all the negatives, we had a wonderful time. The aurora borealis was gorgeous we were lucky enough to see it several times. The ice Hotel was gorgeous and while sleeping there was not easy it is an experience everybody should have at least once. The guides that we had were all five stars and I do attribute that to our travel advisor.

Everyone was so friendly and on time! Our travel coordinator was very responsive, the support during the trip was very reliable and flexible. Meeting the Sami people and seeing how they live was the highlight of our perfect trip. Inari is beautiful!

Both tour guys went above what you usually received on tour and made our first trip to Iceland one to remember. I had a medical issue, and Orvar had me fixed up with a minor loss of our travel time. All questions were answered quickly and politely by our Travel Coordinator. The highlights of our trip were the Northern lights and great food.

We had an excellent time. The guides were all fantastic, we would give them more than five points if we could. Esp. the dog sled guide!!! We did miss having enough time in Helsinki due to our 24-hour flight delay, but the guided tour of the city was very good. I did make some calls because transportation was late and all were answered promptly with great information so just a note saying there may be a fifteen-minute leeway for pickups.
