Arrival & Blue Lagoon Visit
Welcome to Reykjavik - the picturesque capital of Iceland! Your driver meets you at the airport and transfers you to the famous Blue Lagoon, where you start your Iceland adventure with a relaxing visit to one of the most visited attractions in Iceland.
You have approximately 2 hours to soak up in the Northern sun while relaxing in warm geothermal seawater surrounded by a surreal lava field.
After this relaxing experience your private driver transfers you to your hotel for check-in.
Reykjavik City Tour
In the morning after breakfast you meet your private driver-guide at the hotel lobby and go on an amazing 3-hour city tour around the most significant places in Reykjavik and the nearby area. During the tour you stop by the official residence of the President of Iceland called Bessastadir.
Your next stop is Hafnarfjörður - a port town and municipality located about 10 km from Reykjavik. This place is known as the home of the "Hidden people" Huldufolk from local folklore, meaning elves in Iclandic. Then you proceed to the futuristic Perlan dome from which you see spectacular views over Reykjavik and its surroundings.
You make a stop at Hofdi, the building where the all-important summit between the former U.S. President Ronald Reagan and the former U.S.S.R. Secretary General Mikhail Gorbachev took place in 1986. Then on to the Hallgrimskirkja Church that is the tallest building in Iceland where you have a chance to walk up the stairs to see the view of the city center (entrance tickets are not included).
Another place you see today is the Althing building - a classical 19th-century building which is home to the Icelandic parliament's main debating chamber.
After the tour you are transferred to your hotel.
Golden Circle Tour
After breakfast you join a group for a fascinating 8-hour tour around the Golden Circle.
The first highlight of your day trip is visiting the spectacular UNESCO World Heritage Site - Thingvellir National Park. The national pride of the country, the Thingvellir National Park has a very important historical significance - it is the place where the oldest existing parliament in the world (first assembled in 930 AD) is set. The “Althing” was held here for almost 9 centuries, until 1800. However, it is not only history that attracts thousands of visitors to this unique land.
Being part of a fissure zone running through Iceland, the Thingvellir area is a great lava arena in a rift valley formed between the Eurasian and the North American tectonic plates and serves a visual representation of continental drift. The area also features the largest natural lake in Iceland - Thingvallavatn, surrounded by lava flows and lush vegetation. You then discover the picturesque Gullfoss - one of the most beautiful and popular waterfalls in Iceland.
Your next stop is the Geysir area scattered with hot springs, mud pools and geysers, including the famous geyser Strokkur - the world´s most active. After the tour you return to your Reykjavik hotel.
South Coast Tour
Following breakfast you join a group for a memorable 10-hour journey to the South Coast of Iceland.
The very impressive Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss waterfalls are your first stop. Seljalandsfoss cascades down the mountainside of West Eyjafjoll and is narrow and very high. There is even a path at the bottom of the cliff providing a safe and easy opportunity to walk behind the waterfall.
You then see Skogafoss - an impressive 60 m high waterfall located in Skogar. You also get to see the Solheimajökull glacier and Reynisfjara shore and black sand beach.
You then proceed to Vik village the charming southernmost village in Iceland famous for breathtaking mountainous vistas, rich vegetation and bird life. Make sure to take a picture of the three rockstacks called Skessudrangar, Landdrangar and Langhamrar. Rising for up to 66 m from the sea, they are referred to in local folklore as trolls that turn to stone at sunrise.
After the tour you return to your Reykjavik hotel for overnight.

Trip to the Snaefellsnes Peninsula
Following breakfast you join a group for an exciting 11-hour journey to the Snæfellsnes National Park.
Today you get to see the Snaefellsnes Peninsula - a very beautiful area on the west side of Iceland with plenty of recreational activities to choose from. From glaciers to lava and rock formations to small fishing villages and great mountains - no wonder Snaefellsnes is often referred to as "Iceland in miniature".
Nature lovers will particularly enjoy the spectacular landscapes and unusual surroundings. You can also explore the abundant birdlife and marine species that inhabit this area.
Among the sights you see today are the Kirkjufell church-shaped mountain, Kirkjufellsfoss waterfall, Gerðuberg basalt columns, bird cliffs at Arnarstapi and as a highlight of the day you enjoy the view of the Snæfellsjökull volcano glacier. After the tour you return to your Reykjavik hotel.
Note: Snaefellsnes Peninsula Group Tour is available on Thursday and Sunday.
Flight to Akureyri
After breakfast and check-out your private driver transfers you to the airport for a short direct flight to Akureyri.
Arrival
Welcome to Northern Iceland - Akureyri city! Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver, who transfers you to the hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free so you can start exploring the city on your own, dine in one of the local restaurants or take a good rest in your comfortable room.
Full Day Diamond Circle Group Tour
During this full-day group, tour enjoy the best of Iceland has to offer! From the early morning, your local guide takes you on an unforgettable journey through Iceland’s most diverse area, rich in volcanic and geothermal features, glaciers and rock and canyon formations, waterfalls and fishing villages. Highlights of this tour are: Godafoss Waterfall, Lake Myvatn area (Short Photo Stops), Vatnajokull National Park, Dettifoss Waterfall, Hljodaklettar Echo Cliffs, Asbyrgi Canyon Tjornes Cliffs, Jokulsargljufur Canyon, Puffins (from May to early August), Husavik Village, GeoSea Geothermal Sea Baths.
In the evening you return back to Akureyri.
Please note: Entry fee to Geothermal Sea Baths is NOT included, but can be added upon booking the tour or paid on site. Those who don´t want to try the baths can spend time in the lovely town, visit the Whale Museum or just enjoy one of the nice cafes in town.

Whale Watching Group Tour & Flight to Reykjavik
Meet your group in the morning to experience an unbelievable trip to see the incredible Eyjafjord Humpbacks in their natural habitat. Your professional guide is an expert at spotting them and telling you all about their behavior.
During the tour, you sail onboard the only high speed, specially modified, whale watching ship in Iceland. Capable of carrying 200 persons with spectacular views from our “cinema styled” viewing platforms. After the tour you return back to Akureyri.
Late in the evening, your private driver transfers you to the airport for your flight back to Reykjavik.
